Pakistan on verge of bankruptcy

No doubt about that Pakistan is a poor country.Many people are considering the option of declaring personal bankruptcy but before doing that, they need to consider all their options before doing so. they should make a detailed analysis and study of the entire process and then make a decision.but every country has it's own rules and regulations regarding declaring personal bankruptcy,i really do't know the exact situation there in Pakistan.
