You can't.

Further I was commenting on the five a day mantra and the supposed (but not supported) cure for cancer lark.

More; I don't knock on anyone's door because of poor diet, I'm in my fifties and have never needed yours or anyone else's advice on how to feed myself. As I'm an allotment grower and keep some small livestock I don't believe I need your advice regarding food.

I suggest you do some research before taking arbitrary figures as gospel. No wonder the bansters and righteous can foist their agenda on the world with people like you around. Bet you go with AGW too.

http://jnci.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/djq072v1

http://jnci.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/djq098

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/life_and_style/health/article7095530.ece

http://velvetgloveironfist.blogspot.com/2010/04/how-public-health-targets-are-set.html

There's only one lot of deluded thinking on show here.Griblettnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5513326224216013300.post-5764498660796091642010-05-10T19:01:00.583+01:002010-05-10T19:01:00.583+01:00I tend to sit somewhere in the middle here. I get ...I tend to sit somewhere in the middle here. I get less than the recommended amount of nutrition per se, although I do get my fair share (I eat fruit because I like it, and like a few veg, as well as a variety of meats often done on a grill to get the worst of the fat out).

There's also the manner in which people eat these days to consider as well (IMHO). We live in a fast society where people eat on the go, shoveling tons of processed food and takeaway down their necks in double quick time having spent 12 hours in the office. That's really crap for the digestive system which extracts virtually nothing from any of it. Apart from the fat of course, or stuff which just sits there, retained.

In a slower society, I think many would be more inclined to cook at home and be a bit more picky about what they put in it, as well as perhaps taking time out to eat round the table. That said, being as we do suits the mega corps just fine. That's saying nothing of the quangoes and Big Pharma/health industry.

That could all be set to change though. Those Bilderbergs want to be careful what they wish for.Corrugated Soundbitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17305817712647242394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5513326224216013300.post-81469947165674743672010-05-10T18:20:26.241+01:002010-05-10T18:20:26.241+01:00disagree. why not go to films for action.com and w...disagree. why not go to films for action.com and watch a few of the free films. Good health makes alot of sense but it don't make alot of dollars. big pharma is very happy with your sentiment, no doubt delighted that your poisoniong yourself with processed food and eating nothing of nutritional value. You'll be knoocking at their door soon enough seeking a bailout for poor diet and even faultier thinking- Do some research! The Networkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16957374635214108247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5513326224216013300.post-40650258472984995342010-05-10T15:34:22.243+01:002010-05-10T15:34:22.243+01:00I'll tell you something, 100% of cancers are c...I'll tell you something, 100% of cancers are caused by living. For a cancer free society the solution is simple, kill 'em all.

Apart from that the 'five a day' is a piece of propaganda realised to support Californian fruit growers in years past. It has no substance in fact.

Repeat the lie often enough and the dupes will fall for it every time.Griblettnoreply@blogger.com
