Farce of police paperwork exposed as officers spend up to 80 minutes filling in holiday request forms

Officers in one of Britain's largest police forces have been forced to take over an hour filling out a single holiday request form.
Greater Manchester Police blamed the lengthy process on the number of copies of each form that had to be printed, signed and filed away.
